Chaenl Cruise Party 11/12

I am lucky again to get invitation to the cruise party from my dear friend .

As usual is an eye opening for me ! The Ngee Ann City store was closed to public on friday for this event .





The theme is BLACK!





They transformed everything in the boutique to black ! It's stunning !



















Didn't take much photos as I was busying admiring all the rich and famous ladies ! Some dressed with evening gowns while the others came in smart casual wear! Most ladies are carrying Chanel and Birkins !


But overall the event was quite boring for us !!! My friend's SA was on leave so no one to entertain us , so we just sit on the sofa eating and watch ppl!

And lastly......here's the door gift

Nice ! We are lucky to get the door gift as they did not distribute to every guests .

This is our 3rd day , we went to the famous Platinum Mall ! A 7th storey building which sells accessories, shoes and clothing!









Lots of lots of clothing .........


After shopping for a few hours , we walked across and it's the World Trade Centre , but not sure when they changed to Central World !!!









Nothing much to shop and we are damned tired , so we decided to pack our food back to the hotel ....guess what's our dinner ????

Very delicious tuna salad!





And spicy chicken rice with lots of onions ...my fav!!!! Taste so good！

Woke up around 9am and it starts drizzling ...damned , we are going Chatuchak today ! Luckily the rain stopped around 10am , so we took a train to Mochit station ! Actually nothing much to shop there , really warm and messy ! We shopped for around 2 hours and it started to drizzle again ......so we





Packed some food and enjoy in hotel room




Fried rice ball ... Sound weird hor ...taste so so only



My fav hotdog!

As today marked our last day in BKK , cos we are leaving for an early flight tomorrow , so we had our last good meal in BKK ~~ shark fins again !




Dinner at MBK Hong Ming Restr , Sharks fin not as good as the one in Chinatown and more expensive too ......




Oyster egg omelette ! Fresh big oyster for the price of SGD4....

And dun forget our dessert which is a must to eat in BKK

Check out the hotel around 8am and reach airport around 8.30am , no jam cos it a Sunday ! Had our last meal at the airport !




This bowl of Wanton Tom Yum noodles tastes so good !

New from the Cruise Collection

I am lucky to have a great SA in Gucci , every now and then when I needs certain informations , she will always be there for me ! She knows I love love Boston .... So last Friday , I received a pic from her !!!!

I am so excited cos I can't find any info that they are launching the Boston , I saw the wallet and was thinking to myself "if only they launch a gold Boston" !! And my wish really came true !

BKK ~~ 05/10/11 to 06/10/11

An impromptu trip, decided just two weeks before departure !






All set and ready to go !


























Inflight meal ...Italian rice with fish !

After about 2 hrs ...we reached the land of smile !!!!







And after about an hour of taxi ride from airport , we reached our hotel : Siam City Hotel

Our 1st meal in BKK, Siam Paragon !

Our 1st night , we walked around Siam Centre and Siam Paragon ! Especially Siam Paragon ...we spent almost 3 hours in the dept store ! Found lots of nice clothing but of course they are not as cheap as those found in the streets markets !
Spent almost 4000baht in 1st night !

We went to Chinatown at around 10am , is a must to go if u go BKK ! We stopped at Sampeng lane where we can buy lots and lots of accessories!






Look at the bangles ...u will be spoiled for choices !














After spent about 2hours plus ....bought all these and spent 1000 baht !
Only than we realized that we are very hungry , walked around the streets n found this shop

looked at the abalone ...but can't tell whether is real or fake !!! But to me it taste good !

And this plate of fried rice with abalone n crabmeat would cost u about $20 to $30 in Singapore ....but u wouldnt have guess the price in BKK ......


Shark Fin soup cost SGD12 per pot and Fried rice cost SGD4 , enough to feed 4 persons ! really dirt cheap rite ....

After a sumptuous meal, we had the energy to shop again ....we walked from lane to lane exploring the streets n markets in Chinatown , so many things to see n buy ! And the weather was so hot !!!! We spent about 4 hours there and proceed to Siam Square ! Found lots of high heels at a cheap price of 299 baht which is around SGD12 ! We shopped till my feet screaming for help and my shoulder aches due to carrying all the shopping bags ....so we decided to rest and settled our dinner at MBK






We had our dinner at Fuji Japanese Restuarant !

Didn't really ordered much as we were too tired !





The belt cost about SGD 4 to 6





The passion lookalike shoes cost SGD12 per pair .
