Hong Kong Day 3

Today marked our last full day in Hk ! We went to the highly recommended Dim Sum restaurant Maxim Palace at City Hall Central .









































































Waitress pushing the Dim Sum cart and best part is we order without knowing the price ! We ate about 15 dim sums which cost us sgd116 ! The dim sum actually not that fantastic! I still prefer our 东海 at shaw centre !

After dim sum , we walked around in central and finally found my fav store Gucci!








Bought something not because they were cheap but because I can't find in Singapore ! The price different between Hk and singapore is only GST as HK is a tax free country !

And evening time to proceed to our last tourist attraction ...

Hong kong Day 2

Breakfast


















After breakfast , we proceed to Lantau Island to visit Big Buddha ! Reached around 11am and super long q!




Got the ticket !




Queued for almost an hour , finally we board the Crystal Cabin .





The bottom is transparent !!!!


















After almost half an hour , we finally saw the big Buddha approaching us !!!

Preparing to go up the stairs ......






Phew !!! I made it !

After excerising ....we need some input !!! So we went to Po Lin for vegetarian meal!


























The best vegetarian meal I ever had ! And it only cost less than sgd10 !

By the time we reached Tung Chung Citygate , It was already 5plus! Hubby sent his parents back to Hotel and I went to Central to shop alone !!!

Managed to find H&M , IFC mall and Landmark !! By the time , I reached Hotel , I was exhausted ! My feet was screaming !!!

Hong Kong 2011 - 13/04/11 to 16/04/11

Just came back from Hong Kong yesterday night ! I thought this is just a sightseeing trip for me but in the end I spent quite abit !!!

Day 1




At terminal 1 , and nope, I am not taking SIA , am taking Cathay Pacific !





They have a built in camera at the bottom of the wheels , so passengers can view from the screen the so called scenery !!!





After about 3 hours plus we finally reached Hong Kong airport ! Look at the famous dessert shop 许留山！


















We stayed at Kimberly Hotel , small but clean ! It is located at Tim Sha Shui , about 10 mins from Tim Sha Shui MTR .







Our 1st meal in Hk , beef noodle !

After asking around , managed to find the H & M store at langham place in mongkok ! I went alone and shopped alone while Hubby went to 金鱼街 to look for his friend !

Impromtu purchase .....

Saw this set few years ago in the Kris shop magazine , love the free gift that comes with the purchase ....and on Thursday I walked passed the counter and the SA told me they no longer carried this design ! So on fri , I whatapps my SIL who happened to be on flight as she can buy for me onboard n the rest was history .....


Presenting Aigner Necklace set with earring as a free gift ! I loves the earring so much!
